Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Compass Rose Tattoo & Art Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have the following policies in place: Booking & Booking Fee • A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee covers the artist’s time and resources for creating your custom design. • The booking fee will not be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. • Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment one time. Additional reschedules may require a new booking fee. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited booking fee. • No-shows (failing to show up for your appointment without notice) will result in a forfeited booking fee, and you may be required to pay a new booking fee for future bookings. • If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled, and your booking fee forfeited. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, call us as soon as possible. • Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation at the artist’s discretion. Refunds • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. • If Compass Rose Tattoo & Art Studio needs to reschedule your appointment for any reason, your booking fee will be honored for a new date.
